Dining Room
The Dining Room has a fantastic view of the water and access to the pool/backyard through sliding glass doors. Dining table seats 8 (child booster seats available.)
Kitchen
Fully renovated with all new appliances: cooktop and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker. Brand new cookware, utensils, glassware and dishes, including kid-friendly plates/bowls/utensils and plastic outdoor dinnerware (additional cups are located a few steps away in Bar cabinets off the Dining Room.) Complimentary dish soap and dishwasher tabs are located under the Kitchen sink. Doggie Stuff (waste bags, pee pads) are also located here. Cabinets are labeled to make it easier to find what you need right away.
Countertop Dining
Socialize while making meals or enjoy a snack at the ample wraparound Kitchen countertop with comfy bar seating.
Pantry
Includes complimentary basic essentials like cooking oils and spices, tea and coffee pods, powder creamer and sugar.
Indoor Bar
Brand new and situated off the Dining Room! Features a flat screen TV, swivel-chair conversation area, a beverage cooler, and coffee maker. Great spot for a nightcap or your morning coffee with a water view and access to the pool dock through the sliding glass doors.
Bedrooms (sleep 8)
1x King Bedroom: this suite features a King-size bed, nightstands with lamps and drawers for storage, a foot bench, a large dresser with mirror, a large walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. Ceiling fan for additional comfort. The King Bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sleeps 2.
1x Queen Bedroom: features a Queen-size bed, nightstands with lamps and drawers for storage, a cozy chair, a mirror, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. Ceiling fan for additional comfort. Sleeps 2.
1x King Bedroom with 1x Day Bed (Poolside): features a King-size bed with nightstands with lamps and drawers for storage, a foot bench and large closet. Also in the same room is an XL day bed with a roll-out trundle. Black-out curtains for privacy and comfort. Ceiling fan for additional comfort. Private access to the pool dock through sliding glass doors and French doors. The King-size bed sleeps 2 and the XL day bed with roll-out trundle also sleeps 2, for a total of 4 in this Bedroom.
Washrooms
Ensuite with Walk-in Shower: Access through King Bedroom. Fully renovated with a large walk-in shower with sliding glass door enclosure, modern floating vanity with storage, an LED mirror and medicine cabinet. Additional towels and hair dryer located in vanity. Enjoy complimentary sets of shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bar soap, dental floss, mouth wash, travel tissues and mints in sustainable packaging and made only with organic ingredients. Complimentary 1x roll of tissue paper.
Ensuite with Soaking Tub and Walk-in Shower (Poolside): Accessible from inside home as well as outdate pool area. The Poolside ensuite bathroom is fully renovated with a large walk-in shower with sliding glass door enclosure, as well as a new large soaking tub. Large double vanity with ample drawer storage and 2 sinks. Hair dryer and additional towels can be found in the linen closet. Enjoy complimentary sets of shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bar soap, dental floss, mouth wash, travel tissues and mints in sustainable packaging and made only with organic ingredients. Complimentary 1x roll of tissue paper.
Dock / Deck
Two kayaks for your enjoyment and a brand new fish cleaning table for your fresh catches off the dock are here.
