Please note that all bookings will be required to provide the following:

  • Full name of primary (booking) duest with valid driver’s license (or government-issued ID)

  • Contact information (phone number, address, email address)

  • Signed rental agreement and acknowledgement of House Rules

  • Security deposit paid (and Pet Fee if applicable)

  • Guest list (names and ages of all guests staying on the property.) Please let us know if any pets will be joining you (maximum number of pets allowed is 2 with no weight limit.)

  • Estimated check-in and check-out times (please note regular check in is at 4:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM)

  • Special requests and add-on services (e.g. stock the fridge before your arrival, special preparations for birthday/anniversary celebrations, in-house yoga sessions, cleaning service during your stay, and more)

  • Stays that are 7+ day long and long-term stays (28+ days) are welcome and receive a special discount!
